Terms and Conditions

This User Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions governing the use of the services provided within the game application “Angland” ("Service"), which is operated and managed by BOXYZ PTE. LTD. ("Company").
By accessing or using the Service, you ("User") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1. Definitions

  1. “Company” refers to BOXYZ PTE. LTD., located at 18 Robinson Road, #20-02, 18 Robinson, Singapore 048547, including its affiliates and partners.
     

  2. “Service” refers to the Angland game application and all related content, features, and services provided by the Company.
     

  3. “User” refers to an individual who has agreed to this Agreement and uses the Service.

Article 2. Applicability and Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 3. Eligibility

  1. Users must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction.
     

  2. The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
     

  3. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their area of residence.
     

  4. The Company shall not be liable for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the User’s use of the Service.

Article 4. Provision and Modification of the Service

  1. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or any content without prior notice.
     

  2. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
     

  3. The Company may modify gameplay features, reward systems, point-earning rates, or other in-game parameters at its discretion.
     

  4. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service.

Article 5. Third-Party Services

  1. The Service may contain links to external sites or services not operated by the Company.
     

  2. The Company makes no warranties regarding external services and shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from their use.
     

  3. Users must follow the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services.

Article 6. Privacy Policy

The handling of personal information is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on the Angland website.
By using the Service, Users consent to the collection, use, and processing of their information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 7. Purchases

  1. The Company may offer items or services for purchase through external providers (e.g., app stores).
     

  2. All purchases are processed per the terms of the respective external service.
     

  3. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the external service’s terms.

Article 8. Disclaimers

  1. The Service and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
     

  2. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability of the Service.
     

  3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all express and implied warranties.

Article 9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful acts
     

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
     

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
     

  • Manipulate or exploit bugs, glitches, or unauthorized tools
     

  • Harass, defame, or threaten others
     

  • Infringe intellectual property rights
     

  • Use bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, or similar methods
     

  • Access or attempt to access restricted areas or systems
     

  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or obscene content
     

  • Engage in activities contrary to public order or morality
     

The Company may suspend or terminate a User’s access without prior notice if prohibited conduct is detected.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss of data, progress, points, or in-game items resulting from prohibited acts or account suspension.

Article 10. Intellectual Property

  1. All software, artwork, images, text, music, UI, and other content in the Service belong to the Company or its licensors.
     

  2. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content except for personal non-commercial use.
     

  3. Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content they submit within the Service.

Article 11. Linking to the Angland Website

​You may link to the Angland homepage so long as it is lawful and does not damage the Company’s reputation.
Links must not falsely imply endorsement or affiliation.
The Company may withdraw linking permission at any time.

Article 12. Third-Party Rights

All trademarks, images, and names of third parties appearing in the Service are the property of their respective owners.
Such presence does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Article 13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Any invalid clause shall be interpreted in a manner that preserves its original intent as much as legally possible.

Article 14. Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge the following risks:

  • Technical failures, bugs, or connectivity issues
     

  • Data loss, progress loss, or corruption
     

  • Software glitches or service interruptions
     

  • Changes or discontinuation of game features
     

The Company is not responsible for losses arising from such risks except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 15. Assignment

Users may not transfer or assign their rights under this Agreement without written consent.
The Company may assign its rights or obligations at its discretion.

Article 16. Waiver

A waiver is valid only when provided in writing by the waiving party and applies solely to the specific matter stated.

Article 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
